Order shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Next Day Air with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online (within US only).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Extra care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping. We ship items Monday - Friday on the next or even same day after payment has been received. We do not ship on major US holidays.

If the order includes the repair service that we do provide - the shipping charge being paid online is the return shipping (from us to the customer). In this case custumer is still responsible for the inbound shipping charge.
