Shipping & Handling Policy
Shipping Your Item to Us
Customers are responsible for shipping their instrument cluster or electronic component to our facility. To prevent damage during transit, please follow these guidelines:
- Use a sturdy box with adequate padding (bubble wrap recommended)
- Do not use envelopes or insufficient packaging
- Protect sensitive components from static (anti-static bag preferred)
- Include your order number and contact information inside the package
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
Processing & Turnaround Time
Most repairs are completed within 1–2 business days after receiving your item.
Some complex repairs or high-demand periods may extend turnaround time slightly. If so, we will notify you promptly.
Return Shipping
Once your repair is completed, your item will be:
- Carefully inspected and securely packaged
- Shipped using a reliable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
- Provided with a tracking number
Return shipping speed options may be selected at checkout or arranged upon request.
Handling & Testing
All units are handled with care and tested (when applicable) before being shipped back to ensure proper functionality.
Shipping Insurance
Basic insurance may be included with return shipments.
If your item is high-value, additional insurance is available upon request.
Important Notes on Core Components
We repair your original unit, meaning:
- No programming or coding is required after reinstall
- Your vehicle’s mileage and data remain intact
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your returned item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and item
- Keep all original packaging for claim purposes
International Orders
In case by case basis we may accept international repairs. Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping costs to and from our facility
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Any delays caused by customs processing
Unclaimed / Returned Packages
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
